True Recognized Among Tulsa’s Fast 40 Honorees

True was recognized as one of Journal Record’s Tulsa’s Fast 40 honorees last night at a special awards banquet and dinner designed to recognize the 40 fastest-growing privately held companies in the Tulsa metropolitan area.

Among those honored, True placed 8th. Results were determined based on percentage of revenue growth from 2008 – 2010. The overall winner was Cherokee Services Group with 10,112.5% growth! View the complete list of honorees.

The Tulsa Metro Chamber was the presenting sponsor for the event along with Bank of Oklahoma, Cox Business, Ernst & Young and McAfee & Taft. Mayor Dewey Bartlett even made a speaking appearance.

True Day of Caring-Blog

TRUE has formally kicked off our first-ever United Way Campaign to support agencies helping those in need in the Tulsa community.  This year, we were included in the almost 4,000 volunteers from 135 companies who completed 360 projects during the Day of Caring.

Our particular project was performed at Tulsa Camp Fire’s Camp Okiwanee, located within the Sapulpa area.  In addition to supplying a monetary donation for materials, TRUE devoted our day to restoring a rare swinging bridge for the enjoyment of camp-goers of all ages for many years to come.  This bridge, in great need of repair, had been off limits to campers for the past six years.Read more

TRUE’s latest event brought together a select group of industry thought leaders to discuss various aspects of risk management theories and principles as well as the metrics involved in executive-level decision-making.

Attendees benefited through open and candid exchange with peers on how risk impacted the various organizations. Participants conveyed how risk is defined within their respective companies and discussed quantitative vs. qualitative risk assessments and the concept of company-defined acceptable risk.Read more
