True Secure E-mail leaves the option of sending e-mail secured or unsecured up to the sender. By tagging the message, via a keyword in the subject line, our system will initiate an encrypted transmission of the message. It will also provide the option of sending all e-mail messages securely, eliminating the tagging feature. Once our system has received the message, it will be stored encrypted on True's server and a random web link will be generated and e-mailed to the recipient. Upon clicking this link, a secure web page will open allowing the recipient to view the message. The recipient will then be able to save it for later viewing, download it for their records, or securely reply to the message.
While this changes the way the e-mail is sent, it does not change the way YOU send e-mail.
