Jeff Harris
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Harris serves as Chief Executive Officer, with direct responsibility for sales and strategic corporate development. In addition to this role, Mr. Harris serves as Vice President and General Manager for DESA Research, a sister company and the research & development arm of True Digital Security. Mr. Harris comes to TRUE with an extensive portfolio of executive sales and management experience, most recently serving as the Market Manager of Financial Services for Trintech, a global provider of financial governance and transaction management solutions. Mr. Harris has developed a proven track record as a leader with an innovative and result driven management style. Mr. Harris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
Jerald Dawkins, Ph.D
Founder & President
Dr. Dawkins is the Founder and President for True Digital Security, responsible for the strategic vision, development and deployment of security technologies and processes. Dr. Dawkins also serves as Founder and CEO of DESA Research, has published over twenty publications in information assurance, and has provided security briefings to both private and governmental organizations. While receiving his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Tulsa, Dr. Dawkins led the Enterprise Security Research (ESR) laboratory. Funded by the National Security Agency, Dr. Dawkins research focused on multi-stage attack analysis (next generation penetration testing techniques) and an advanced quantitative assessment methodology. The technology and processes derived from this research serves at the core of True Digital Security.

Dominic Schulte
Director of Operations
Mr. Schulte serves as the Director of Network Security Services where his responsibilities include the execution of True's wide range of comprehensive security assessment and testing services. Most recently, Mr. Schulte worked with the National Security Agency (NSA) as a Global Network Exploitation and Vulnerability Analyst in the National Security Incident and Response Center (NSIRC). Mr. Schulte has also served as a team member in the Network Intrusion Analysis Division (NIAD) of the NSIRC. Mr. Schulte holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Tulsa.

Brett Edgar
Director of Managed Network Services
Mr. Edgar serves as the Director of Managed Network Services. In this role Mr. Edgar is responsible for the secure implementation of True's Managed IDS, Secure E-mail, and Network Access Control solutions. Mr. Edgar also plays an integral part in the behind the scenes development of True's proprietary network security toolset. Mr. Edgar has extensive experience and training in computer and network forensics and information assurance garnered from his tenure with the National Security Agency (NSA) as a Global Network Exploitation and Vulnerability Analyst. Mr. Edgar also served with the Federal Bureau of Investigation preparing background information on Firewalls and Intrusion Detection System, researched and revised classified project planning proposals, and performed numerous digital vulnerability assessments. Mr. Edgar holds a B.S. from the University of Tulsa in Computer Science and several certificates from the SANS Institute.

Dawn Schulte
Director of Consulting & Compliance
Mrs. Schulte serves as the Director of Consulting & Compliance. In this role Mrs. Schulte is responsible for keeping pace with the security industry, while meeting the extensive consulting needs related to the ever changing policies and regulations that affect True's clients. Her wide range of experience includes security testing, training, risk assessments as well as work involving policy and procedure analysis. Mrs. Schulte comes to True from the National Security Agency where she spent time as an Information Systems Security Engineer. Mrs. Schulte holds a B.S. from the University of Tulsa in Computer Science.

Michael Oglesby
Director of Network Security Services
Mr. Oglesby serves as the Senior Technical Manager of Network Security Services where he leads the technical design and implementation of the tools that fuel True's wide range of assessment and penetration testing services. Mr. Oglesby also plays an integral part in the behind the scenes development of True's proprietary network security toolset. Mr. Oglesby comes to True from Pacific Northwest National Laboratory where he was heavily involved in the development of secure SCADA protocols for the nation's power grid, and cutting edge information visualization software. He has studied hacker techniques and has competed as a finalist in top ranked security competitions such as DefCon. Mr. Oglesby holds a B.S. from Oral Roberts University and an M.S. from the University of Tulsa in Computer Science.
